Fiona Herbert MAFT (Couple and Family Therapy), MASW (Social Work)

Fiona Herbert is a Couples and Family Systemic Psychotherapist and Social Worker with 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector. She has worked extensively in local authority and health settings, residential care, public and international schools with 10 years experience in private practice. Fiona works with couples, adults and children.

Fiona is an accredited full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP ). An individual accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Fiona is also a registered member of Social Work England.

Fiona’s qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of London

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Pan Africa Christian University, Nairobi, Kenya (Association of Family Therapy approved, Trinity College, Vancouver, Canada)

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Systemic Psychotherapy from the University of Bedfordshire, UK

  • Doctoral student in Psychotherapy (UCLAN)
